How do you #motivate yourself?

We see and hear it all the time. "I had such a stressful day, I wasn't feeling great, I was dreading coming to the studio for my lesson today... But 45 minutes later, I realize that it was the BEST thing I could do for myself!"
Life is crazy. We get pulled in so many different directions day in and day out. We get it. We also understand that in order to manage what has become our "norm" we need to find a healthy balance and take care of our own well-being. We strive to offer a piece of that positivity in your life through teaching dance. "Really, learning dance can do all of that for me? " Well, we certainly think so... but hey, why not ask another student? You might be surprised.
