Seniors from the @EdgewoodCentre in Portsmouth NH took their first ever ZOOM dance class with Krystal Ballroom in Hampton Falls today!

What an uplifting experience! All involved had time to smile, connect and get their bodies moving. During these days many seniors are confined to their rooms and not able to do things many of us take for granted, such as going to the dining hall to eat. Taking a moment to use our current technology and creative thinking, we were able to bring a meaningful activity into their personal rooms.
Thank you for all that helped make this possible! We can't wait to join you again.
